Who are the REAL Scroungers?

In a week when we hear how our MPs are fleecing the taxpayer to claim expenses for their utility bills when pensioners are struggling to keep warm because of rising energy costs, I came across this truly heartbreaking story. Thanks to Keith Ordinary Guy for raising awareness about this.
